Das Wort »Toleranz« ist kein deutsches Wort. Es ist ein Fremdwort. Und »tolerieren«, »etwas tolerieren« bedeutet so viel wie »etwas aushalten«. Also wenn früher mal wer gefoltert worden ist, dann war der tolerant.
