Um die Berliner S-Bahn im April 1945 zum Stehen zu bringen, benötigte die Rote Armee 2,5 Millionen Soldaten, 6000 Panzer, 7500 Flugzeuge und 10 000 Geschütze. Der Bahn ist das Gleiche durch den Einsatz von lediglich vier Managern gelungen.
